Shipping Locations:

We are delighted to offer shipping services exclusively within the United Kingdom. International shipping is not available at this time.

Shipping Methods:

We provide a variety of shipping methods to accommodate your preferences:

  • Standard Next Day Shipping (Courier): Orders placed with our standard next day shipping option will be delivered within 24 to 48 hours from the date of purchase. This option is available for free to all customers.
  • 3-Day Pallet Network Shipping (Large Products and Volume Orders): For larger products such as outdoor shelters, semi vertical bike racks, and bulk orders, we offer a 3 to 4 day pallet network shipping option. The cost for pallet network shipping is £149.00.

Shipping Times:

For standard next day shipping, you can anticipate receiving your order within 24 to 48 hours. Larger products and volume orders eligible for 3 to 4 day pallet network shipping will be delivered within 3 to 4 business days.

Order Processing:

Orders placed before 1pm will be processed and dispatched on the same day. Orders received after 1pm will be processed on the following business day. Please allow additional processing time for larger products or bulk orders.

Holiday Closure:

Our business will be closed from December 22nd to January 3rd for the holiday period. Orders received between these dates will be processed and shipped after January 3rd. We appreciate your understanding during this time as we ensure our team enjoys a well-deserved break. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Shipping Confirmation and Tracking:

Once your order has been processed and shipped, a shipping confirmation email will be sent to you. This email will include:

Lost or Damaged Items:

Returns and Exchanges:

We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer support team before sending the item back. Returned items must be in a sellable condition with all parts included. If parts are missing or the item is damaged, we reserve the right to deduct a fee from the refund or charge for replacement parts. If items are damaged or parts are missing, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving the order. In the case of damaged items, we will cover the shipping costs associated with the return.
